Using Lights On Network analytics to improve ePrescribing practices at St. Francis of LifePoint Health

Cerner Lights On Network dashboards provide insight allowing clinical informatics to target end users for process improvement. Using Cerner’s ePrescribing technology decreases medication errors and reduces the incidence of adverse drug reactions. During this session, you'll hear about Lifepoint’s St. Francis ePrescribing adoption journey across numerous locations. Using the Lights On platform, LifePoint identified the need to improve the use of ePrescribing technology at St. Francis Hospital, which was ePrescribing only 30% of the time. To do this, it created a real-time PowerBI dashboard allowing visibility to provider-level ePrescribing details. Since deployment, the use of Cerner’s ePrescribing technology has increased to 69% and Lights On Network has developed a robust ePrescribing dashboard, which is now generally available for all Cerner clients.
