Improve financial health and streamline care with Cerner Ambulatory Referral Management

This health network in the midwest is preventing revenue loss across its network by managing and exchanging patient referrals across the continuum of care network to provide timely and clinically appropriate patient experiences. Please join Dr. Carlo Hallak as he highlights Cerner advanced analytics and ambulatory referral management to achieve these goals. This health network worked with the Cerner Continuous Improvement team to improve the referral management experience across the ambulatory venue. Prior to the project, users utilized a variety of processes for internal and external referrals. Portions of the process were scattered throughout orders, task lists and message center. Over 2,000 users went live with Cerner’s closed-loop referral management capabilities, including an enhanced referral order, Worklist Mpages, reports and Lights On Network dashboards.
